The mechanics of buying a home in Northern Virginia and the metro Washington, DC, area can be an overwhelming process. Katie brings 15 years of experience as a CPA, investment banker, and consultant to her clients in an effort to become a trusted business advisor for one of the largest and most important investments they will ever make.

Katie has lived in Northern Virginia for almost 15 years, having worked both downtown and in the suburbs. Her consultative approach, experience negotiating difficult transactions, and attention to detail provide a seamless experience for buyers and sellers.

Katie believes in educating her clients not only on market conditions, but also on the process itself, to help them make the most informed decisions possible. She often teaches first-time buyer classes, provides a monthly market updatethat tracks key statistics and shares helpful articles, and gives market commentary on her blog.
